AK Computing is a small family run business operating in Northamptonshire in the UK.

Our aim is to provide excellent computer support and services whilst also adhering to our family values - honesty and friendlyness.

We have gained several years IT experience working in both the public and private sectors. A list of clients can be found here

Staff

• Alf King

  Alf has been working with computers since 1997 after retiring from a prominent public services job. Gaining his City & Guilds teaching certificate Alf began a successful run of teaching at Booth Lane college in Northampton, moving to Mereway middle school in 1998.

  At Mereway Alf spent 5 years as the .ICT Manager running the school network of over 250 PCs controlled by a Windows NT/2000 server with Terminal Services and Citrix Metaframe. After helping many of the staff with their computer problems he moved on to a more technical role as Head Technician at Dalmon Witts Technology Ltd.

  It was at Dalmon Witts that Alf realised that his talents as a teacher and IT professional could be married together and used to provide a high quality IT service in and around Northamptonshire.

• Dave King

  Has recently gained a 1st Class Honours degree in Computing, and is our software and website guru. He designs and implements bespoke software to manage your companies ordering/task tracking, as well as whole website packages.
